Does my customer need to install anything?
No. They stay in WhatsApp and fill a form that opens in the chat.
Which number does the customer message?
Toocak's WhatsApp Business number sends the form and files the finished order under your store in the dashboard. You follow up using the number left on the order.
What does it cost?
It comes with the plans that include the order form. There is no per-message fee, because the customer starts the conversation.
Can I still chat with customers myself?
Yes. Standard WhatsApp orders are on every plan and open the order in your own number instead. Switching between the two is one setting on the website.
Does every product work?
Products with options or variants keep the standard flow for now — the form supports simple products.
When does the order reach me?
The moment the customer submits the form, with the product, quantity and contact details attached.
